Returns and exchanges are eligible within 6 days of receiving your product, subject to the condition that the purchase was not part of a sale or discounted offer, and a valid reason for return or exchange exists. Please note that requests beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

• Curly or Wavy Hair Extensions & Hair Toppers
• Specific Accessories
• Donut scrunchies , single hair strips
• International Orders
• Products purchased at pop-ups, exhibitions, or through in-person trials
• Product value under Rs. 2100
• Our refund and exchange policy allows for a one-time return or exchange per product.
• For return related  queries, please allows us 24 Hours to revert
• The refund will be processed within 6-7 days after Hair humane receives the product and completes the quality check.*
• Return is only applicable an Hair, not on any free items associated within the package.

Please ensure returned items are in their original condition, as we cannot accept used, washed, or altered products. Create an unboxing video before opening the courier seal for any claims of damage or missing items. Include your order number and contact details on the package and cover the return shipping costs. Contact hairhumane@gmail.com to initiate a return. Eligible returns will receive store credit, with a Rs200 deduction for shipping and logistical expenses.
